  •  Alcohol or smoking
  •  Sudden stopping of intake of coffee / tea.

  •  Exercise or other physical stress
  •  Excessive stimulation or stress on sense organs by loud noises  bright lights,  strong perfumes / odours,
  •   Fasting, Indigestion
  •  Stress and anxiety
  •  Suppression of natural urges
  •  In take of polluted food, Oily and spicy food, In take of  dry, pungent and  salty food etc
  • Exposure to sun shine for prolonged period
  • Anger, jealousy, grief, stress etc.
